Insert frequently used text blocks (Autotext) Type a word and expand it into a full phrase. For example, your can type "soc" to enter your social security number, "web" to enter your website address. You can also use it to enter entire paragraphs. For your convenience, you can customize your autotext using macros to enter a personalized piece of text, the current time and date or a special symbol. If you find yourself typing the same text over and over again, the autotext can save a lot of time for you. You can also use Autotext commands to control any application sending special characters and key combination, filling forms and do basic automation thanks to the new Direct Access Special Keys macro. |

Send emails Assign your most frequent recipients an abbreviation. When ever you want to send an email just type the abbreviation. For example, enter and trigger "boss" to instantly create a new e-mail message pre-addressed to your boss. |
