If you want to add a piece of text, one of the fastest ways to do it is:
| - | Copy the text into the clipboard. |
| - | Create a new autotext from the clipboard. |
To create an Autotext to insert the clipboard contents
| 1. | Right-click the Direct Access Hub or Notify Icon and select New Autotext from Clipboard. |
| 2. | Make any changes and click  .The new command is added to the chosen group. |
NOTE: to create a new Autotext from a text selection, select the piece of text and press CTRL+SHIFT+W. Direct Access will open the "add New Autotext" window.
