Adding a new autotext from Clipboard

If you want to add a piece of text, one of the fastest ways to do it is:

-Copy the text into the clipboard.
-Create a new autotext from the clipboard.

To create an Autotext to insert the clipboard contents

1.Right-click the Direct Access Hub or Notify Icon and select New Autotext from Clipboard.
2.Make any changes and click commands-confirm.
The new command is added to the chosen group.

 

NOTE: to create a new Autotext from a text selection, select the piece of text and press CTRL+SHIFT+W. Direct Access will open the "add New Autotext" window.
