You can add a new Command by dragging and dropping, or by using the Commands menu.
Once you have added a command, you can invoke it from any application by typing the associated abbreviation.
To add a new Command
| 1. | Do one of the following: |
| - | Drag and drop a file, folder, document, URL (starts with http://), or text selection into the Hub. |
| - | In the Commands menu, select New Command and choose the type of task you want to perform. |

Autotext: Automatically insert a piece of text in any application.

Launch Application: Start an application, or open a document or folder.
|

Open Website: Open a website in the default browser.
|

Send email: Open the default email program and create a new email.
|

Import Commands: Import commands and automatically create commands from many sources.

| 2. | Direct Access creates a new command of the specified type. |
| 3. | Make any changes and then click . |
Adding commands without displaying the Add New Command window
To skip Step 2 and use the default settings to add commands:
| 1. | Press SHIFT or drag multiple files |
| 2. | Direct click on the proper command type icon in the toolbar

You can also add the currently active application, without knowing its location.
