The Commands Menu contains items related to the creation, removal and management of Commands.

 

Option

Description

btnExecute Execute

Execute the selected Command. The operation performed depends on the task type.

btnEdit Edit

Focuses the detail panel to edit the selected command.

duplicate Duplicate

Creates a duplicate of the selected commands. Can be invokes also pressing CTRL+D

btnDelete Delete

Delete the selected Commands. You can also delete Commands press DEL.

btnNewCommand New Command

Add a new Command to perform an operation:

 

autotext32

Autotext: automatically insert a piece of text in any application.

app

Launch Application: start an application, or open a document or folder.

file_web

Open Website: open a website in the default browser.

email

Send e-mail: open the default email program and create a new email.

Change abbreviation prefix/suffix…

Changes the the abbreviation suffix or prefix. This is useful when you want to launch commands without confirmation and assign a common prefix or suffix to them to prevent accidental triggering.

btnChangeIcon Change icon...

Change the icon for the selected Command.

Reset to default icon

Reset to the default icon for the selected Commands.

btnSelectAll Select All

Select all the commands in the Commands panel

Select duplicates

Selects duplicate commands that share the same abbreviation. You can use this command to select duplicate commands to easily remove them

Show preview

Display preview information for the commands

Show parent group

Show the parent group for the commands when all commands are displayed

Select parent group

Select the parent group of the selected command. This is enabled only when all commands are displayed

Clear Abbreviation

Clear the abbreviations associated with the selected Commands.

Change the way commands are confirmed after typing the abbreviation for the selected commands:
