If you don't want abbreviations to trigger Commands, disable detect abbreviations.
To disable (or enable) abbreviation detection
Do one of the following:
| - | Right-click on the Notify Icon or the Direct Access Hub and click Detect Abbreviations. |
| - | In the Options Window, click the Abbreviations Tab and click the Detect Abbreviations checkbox. |
| - | In the Direct Access main window status bar, click the Detect Abbreviations button. |
The Notify Icon and the Direct Access Hub turn gray.
To disable (or enable) abbreviations for certain groups
You can prevent Direct Access from detecting the abbreviations contained into a group.
| - | Click on the group icon |
| - | The icon will change color from enabled  to disabled  |
| - | The command abbreviations contained into the group will not be detected |
