If you have checked the option Explorer Integration during the Direct Access setup, you can add a new abbreviation for a file or folder directly from the familiar Windows explorer interface:

Right-click on any file or folder.
2.
The standard Windows menu will appear.
3.
Click on the Add a new abbreviation to Direct Access: The new Launch Application dialog opens, precompiled to execute the selected file.
