To export command

1.From the File menu, select Export..
Direct Access opens the Export Commands wizard
2.Select the group you would like to export or if you want to export the selected commands and click Next
3.Choose the format you want to export command into

Description and Use

Export to command pack

Export to a command pack (to share the commands to other users or for backup purposes)

Export to CSV

Export commands to a CSV file that can be easily imported in Microsoft Excel for reference or printing. Commands saved in this format cannot be imported back in Direct Access and this format is for reference only.

Export to 'Abbreviation=Expansion' list

Save commands as a list of Abbreviation=Expansion items for easy share between different users and in the Direct Access Commands Exchange

 

4.Choose the filename  and click Finish
Direct Access exports the commands into the chosen format

 

NOTE: if you select the share command pack by email, Direct Access will automatically open your email application so that you can easily send your command pack by email.
