To launch Notepad
| 1. | Click on an empty area of the desktop or select an open application. |
| 2. | Type note: A tooltip announces that Direct Access is ready to open Notepad. |
| 3. | Press SHIFT to confirm. Notepad opens. |
Alternatively, keep working and the tooltip will vanish.
