You can do even more than launching applications and inserting text, using the Direct Access macros.
Looking for a definition in Wikipedia

| 2. | Type wiki and press SHIFT. |
| 3. | A dialog is shown. Type the term you would like to search on Wikipedia and press OK. Wikipedia opens displaying the definition for the requested term. |
