Macros

Macros are placeholders which will be expanded or perform special operations at execution time.

 

You can use macros to:

-Request additional info when the command is triggered
-Insert special variables
-Nesting commands calling an autotext from another autotext
-Insert the current date/time
-Insert special characters
-Send special key combinations
-Insert the clipboard contents
-Position the cursor in a specific location, after the text has been inserted
