You can place related Commands in Groups, bringing together, for example standard tech support answers, a range of signatures, or perhaps a selection of programming constructs. Typing a Group's abbreviation brings up a menu listing its commands.
To execute a Command from a Group
| 1. | Enter the Group's abbreviation. The Group Menu opens. |
| 2. | Click on the Command, or use the arrow keys to select it. Double click to launch it, or press the TAB key. Direct Access executes the Command. |
You can define if the Group menu is displayed immediately as you type a group abbreviation or after a group abbreviation confirmation. Set the confirm group abbreviations in the Abbreviation Options.
NOTE: you can also edit the selected command pressing SHIFT+TAB on the selected element or SHIFT+clicking on it.
