Get access to your shortcuts in any program: PhraseExpander works in any application like your web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer), your Instant Messaging applications (like Skype), your email programs (like Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail), text editors, and the Microsoft Office product family.

It detects what you are typing and suggests phrases and words in a discreet and elegant way.

Autocorrects your spelling mistakes everywhere

PhraseExpander corrects your typos immediately in any application. Thanks to the new Autocorrects layout, defining autocorrections is easier and faster.

When you type the misspelled text, in any application, PhraseExpander will correct it with the right form.

PhraseExpander can also automatically correct your typing in the following scenarios:

• Double uppercase at the beginning of a word: WElcome -> Welcome
• Invert uppercase and lowercase characters (this happens when forgetting CAPS LOCK is on): wELCOME -> Welcome

Thousands of pre-programmed phrases ready for you to use

Defining your own phrases is easy and fast, but to get you started quickly we provide libraries with thousands of already tested commands, ready for you to download immediately.

SmartCompletes autocompletes words and phrases for you

The PhraseExpander suggestions window displays suggestions as you type the beginning of words and phrases. You don’t need to remember the full abbreviation you have defined. This is useful for completing hard-to-type terms and long phrases. Type a few letters and see the suggestions appear on the screen, as if by magic.

Automates repetitive tasks using our powerful macro language

PhraseExpander macros allow you to do more than just inserting text: thanks to the new redesigned execution engine, you can easily automate your daily repetitive tasks. For example, you can:

You can use PhraseExpander to launch your favorite applications, folders, documents, and websites.
No more hunting in the Start Menu or moving windows to get access to your shortcuts on the Desktop: all your favorite applications and websites are always available in any application just by typing a few keystrokes.

Clipboard History: keep track of the recent items you put into the clipboard

PhraseExpander stores the last pieces of text that were saved into the clipboard, offering a multi-level Clipboard. You can then access them in any application by typing CTRL+SHIFT+V.
